Membership Requirements:
All candidates must submit a completed application and first year’s dues to LCBA.
- Per the LCBA By-Laws, applicants must have been in business for a period of one (1) year before being accepted for Association Membership.
Certificates of Liability and Work's Compensation Insurance must be submitted.
- Membership committee reviews application; reference and credit history reviewed.
- Application brought to LCBA Board of Directors by Membership Committee for initial consideration.
- Board reviews and votes on all applications for membership. All payment so made shall be returned in full if membership is denied.
- Membership to state (Pennsylvania Builders Association - PBA) and National Association of Home Builders is automatic with LCBA acceptance.
Dues:
Yearly Dues are $405.00.
